All exam preparation courses are available throughout the year.  The minimum course duration is 8 weeks, however that is dependent on the student’s level of English. A study period of 10 to 13 weeks is recommended when taking any of these courses.

Students can choose to sit for the exam in Malta or in their home country. Applications to sit for these exams are handled separately from the English Language courses and are made direct with the Examination Centres. With the exception of the TOEIC exams, all other exams may be sat for in Malta. TOEIC is the only exam that one must sit for in the home country.

The course programmes typically consist of 20 General English group lessons held in the morning, giving students the opportunity to learn better listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; In the afternoon, 10 mini group English lessons are held that specifically focus on exam preparation.

Long term students in our English language school in Malta, have the opportunity of booking a monthly tutorial with our Director of Studies. This session is an opportunity to discuss progress in English and to set an action plan for future development.
